Contact your salesperson first

All of Mega Digital's customers have a personal salesperson during their services. Please make sure that you have reached out to your salesperson before submitting a new request.

Comply with our policy

We only provide support services for businesses that align with our terms and conditions. We can decline to support your requests for any customers who do not comply with our policies.

Questions we got asked a lot

If you have yet to become a Mega Digital customer, make sure you are contacting us for the right services and align with our policies.  We can decline your request if you contact us for a service we do not provide or if it is against the law or advertising platform policies. However, if you ensure that you choose our exemplary service and are not against any policies, please wait 24 hours for our salesperson to contact you first.

If you get no salesperson contact after 24 hours, please submit a ticket above for quick support. However, ensure your business and advertising requests comply with Mega Digital and the Partner policies.

If you get no message from your salesperson after 24 hours, please submit a ticket above so our support can handle the rest through email. However, if our salesperson has responded and declined your request, then there is no further action we can take.
