Subscription Fee

Users pay the subscription charge to access and use the MegaX platform, which provides the following benefits:

1. Self-serve TikTok Agency Ads Account Solution: Clients can independently request and recharge for their TikTok Agency Ads Accounts
2. Access to the latest features and updates: MegaX often releases regular updates and new features. With a subscription fee, users can access these updates without paying extra;
3. Technical support: Technical support is available whenever users need assistance;
4. Data backup and security: Benefits include automatic backups and enhanced security measures;
5. Usage analytics and reporting: Access to usage analytics and reporting directly from TikTok Ads that help users better manage their advertising campaigns;

Service Charge & Tax charge

Service charge

The service charge is TikTok Agency Ads Account rental and consulting fees, charged per transaction when clients add funds to their MegaX eWallet Balance. The service charge is different depending on client’s onboarding phases.

Tax

On September 29, 2021, the Vietnam Ministry of Finance released Circular 80/2021/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the Law on Tax Administration and Government Decree 126/2020/ND-CP, which shall take effect from January 1, 2022. For the purposes of complying with local tax law updates, TikTok Pte. Ltd. (“TikTok”) proceeds the registration for Vietnam tax and becomes responsible for tax filings in Vietnam for the supply of TikTok Ads to non-tax registered customers whose billing country for the TikTok Ads Manager Account is set as Vietnam.

For each MegaX balance recharge transaction, clients will be assessed the following fees and taxes:
